Virtual Fellowship

In 2026, in collaboration with UK Partners DISC at Manchester Metropolitan, we are welcoming our first cohort of Virtual Fellows through the newly formed Digital Policy Observatory. Our Fellows come from many countries across Africa, Asia, Europe and North and South America, and bring with them a range of topics and critical perspectives. 

This year, fellows in the program have been busy pursuing a combination of their own research and policy work to create targeted, cutting-edge policy interventions.

In 2026, we have jointly hosted a hybrid Summer School in Manchester, UK, with presentations and events convened by CDEP and DISC. 

Looking toward CDEP's 15th Annual International Symposium on Digital Ethics, are excited to celebrate our collaborators and partners on these projects, including the launch of joint policy reports and published work.
